House Washing and Driveway Cleaning in Rogers, AR

Scott responded quickly to our request for an estimate to clean our house, driveway and sidewalks. We had several areas where mold and dirt had slowly accumulated over the years and our chimney had a lot of rust runoff from the chimney topper. He explained his process, patiently responded to our questions and concerns, and was forthright about what results to expect. He gave us a bid that day. It was very reasonable, even with the challenging areas of the house. We were having extensive landscaping work which gave us a small window of time to clean the house between excavating the old landscape and planting the new. Scott was very flexible and said he would work with our schedule, even if it meant coming on the weekend.

He arrived on time with his truck mounted equipment. He prepped the house by taping off key holes and outlets, and made sure doors and windows were completely closed. When we did our inspection, we were amazed by the results. He was able to get all the rust removed from the chimney and the bad areas, he could not guarantee would come clean, went from dark black to a barely visible light shadow. He went above and beyond by cleaning other areas not included in the quote. Our limestone tops of the retaining wall around the patio, some metal chairs and the entry area off the back door.

I am refinishing our wooden outdoor rocking chairs this summer and Scott power washed them, saving me the prep work!
